Applied Robotics, Inc. and Trafalgar S.p.A. Announce the Creation of Applied Robotics Europe
Applied Robotics, Inc., a leading provider of automation solutions for robotic tooling, connectivity and related technology and Trafalgar, S.p.A., a leader in robotics and automation grippers (as well as work holding tools) announced the creation of a joint venture subsidiary called Applied Robotics Europe.
Applied Robotics Europe, headquartered in San Maurizio d’Opaglio, Italy and owned equally by Applied Robotics, Inc., and Trafalgar, S.p.A., is being created to more effectively serve the European market and will provide advanced robotic and automation solutions to various industrial sectors in Europe. The company’s capabilities include pre and post sales support and European based production.
The joint venture (ARE) will better support European customers in addition to providing high end engineering solutions in the automation market through a local presence. ARE will directly support ARI’s existing European Distribution Partners; PES (Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Turkey); PTM and Tuenkers in Germany and Austria; JKE Robotics in Spain and Portugal; Berga Maskin AB in Sweden; and AIMS for Industry in the United Kingdom.
