MIR

Self-centering vise with wedge-hook mechanism and hydraulic drive – 2 jaws

MIR

Precision chuck with low cycle time. MIR is ideal for simple hydraulic xture plates, 5th Axis trunion xtures on Vertical Machining Centers, or hydraulic Tombstone xtures for Horizontal Mills. The solid, low-pro le design is ideal for applications requiring large stock removal, threading or drilling applications.

ADVANTAGES

• Inclined plan powered by an hydraulic system.
• Pressure: Hydraulic system: up to 60 bar; 200 bar on request.
• Caseharden and hardened steel; grinding nishing on sliding components.
• Made to work in dirty and dusty environment thanks to pressurization, scraper and clearance system to prevent or limit the ingress of foreign bodies.
