Sigma I/O Module
Highly interchangeable. Highly configurable.

The Sigma I/O Module is designed to work with the entire Sigma Line of Tool Changers; Sigma 3.1, Sigma 5.1, Sigma 8.1 and Sigma NextGenTM in a variety of applications – from spot welding and mold changing to pick-and-place operations.

Sigma Valve Module:
Improve response time with onboard pneumatic valve.

With an onboard pneumatic valve mounted directly to the Sigma 3.1, Sigma 5.1 , Sigma 8.1, and Sigma NextGenTM, the Sigma Valve Module reduces the pneumatic path and improves response time for coupling/uncoupling.

Features and Benefits

  • Mounts directly to the Sigma 3.1,  5.1,  8.1 and NextGen reducing the pneumatic path and response time
  • Sigma Electrical Module directly interfaces with the valve module, without the need for additional cabling
  • Sigma Pneumatic Module has direct air feed to the valve module, eliminating additional air lines
